We want you to shop with peace of mind: you have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receipt. At Paulina Jiménez we voluntarily extend this period to 30 calendar days. You can exercise it by writing to infopaulinajimenez@gmail.com or through our withdrawal form.

Return conditions

The item must be unused and unwashed, in its original packaging and with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, bikinis, swimwear and underwear must have the hygiene seal intact.
We will need your order number to locate the purchase.

How to request a return

Write to infopaulinajimenez@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will confirm your request and give you the correct return address. Important: do not send the package to the sender address on the shipping label, as it does not correspond to our returns warehouse.
Ship the item and send us the receipt or tracking number.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item arrives defective, damaged or does not match what you ordered — in that case we cover all costs and you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive the item (or you provide proof of shipment), we will process the refund to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives with a defect or you receive the wrong item, write to us with your order number and a couple of photos and we will solve it right away. In addition to this policy, you are protected by the legal conformity guarantees applicable in your country of residence.
