This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we process when you visit or buy at www.paulina-jimenez.com and why.

The Paulina Jiménez online store. For anything related to your data you can write to infopaulinajimenez@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

Contact and order data: name and surname, email, phone number, shipping address and details of your purchases.
Payment data: processed directly by secure payment gateways (e.g. Shopify Payments or PayPal). We do not store your full card number.
Browsing data: cookies and similar technologies, according to your choices in the cookie banner.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Managing your orders (processing, shipping, returns, customer service): performance of the contract.
Sending you marketing communications (newsletter, offers): only with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
Fraud prevention and store improvement: legitimate interest.

4. Recipients

To provide the service we share data with providers acting on our behalf: Shopify (store platform), payment gateways, logistics and shipment tracking providers (e.g. ParcelPanel), email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo) and analytics and advertising tools. Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case, processing is covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

We keep your data while our relationship is active and, afterwards, for the legally applicable periods (for example, tax obligations).

6. Your rights

You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to infopaulinajimenez@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your rights correctly, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
