1. Who we are

www.paulina-jimenez.com is the online store of the Paulina Jiménez brand, dedicated to fashion and accessories. You can contact us at infopaulinajimenez@gmail.com. By placing an order you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the store

You must be of legal age to purchase. You agree to provide accurate information in your orders and to make lawful use of the site.

3. Products

We take great care to ensure photos and descriptions are faithful to the product. Even so, small variations may exist (for example, colour tones depending on your screen). Product availability may change.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include taxes where applicable. Payment is processed through secure gateways (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, among others); we do not store your full card details. If we detect an obvious pricing error, we will inform you before shipping and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

5. Orders

You will receive a confirmation email when you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified cases (for example, suspected fraud or a technical error); in that case, we will refund the full amount.

6. Shipping

Shipping is free. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 9 business days in Europe and 5 to 12 business days in America, and may be extended in specific cases or one-off circumstances. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

7. Withdrawal and returns

You have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days, which we voluntarily extend to 30 days from delivery. See the procedure in our Refund Policy or use the withdrawal form.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal conformity guarantees applicable in your country of residence. If an item has a conformity defect, write to us and we will resolve it through replacement, repair or refund, as appropriate.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are governed by the conditions stated in each campaign. Unless expressly indicated, discount codes cannot be combined.

10. Intellectual property

The store’s contents (texts, images, logo and brand) belong to Paulina Jiménez or its licensors and may not be reused without authorisation.

11. User content

If you send us reviews or photos, you authorise us to publish them in the store and on our channels, without this generating any right to compensation. Unlawful or offensive content will not be published.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights that consumer regulations grant you as a consumer. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Applicable law and complaints

These terms do not affect the mandatory rights you hold as a consumer in your country of habitual residence.
