Free Shipping

At Paulina Jiménez we are proud to offer free shipping on all our orders.

All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouses. During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is 3 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. Once processed, the order will be shipped within the following 24 business hours.

Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to modify the delivery address or any shipping details, please contact us immediately at infopaulinajimenez@gmail.com.

We will do everything possible to apply the requested changes before the order has been processed. However, once the order has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.

Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are as follows (in business days):

Europe: 7–14 days
United States: 7–15 days
Canada: 7–16 days
Central America: 10–25 days
Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 days
Other countries: 11–30 days

In exceptional cases, shipments may take up to 40 business days, especially in unforeseen logistical situations, customs inspections, or international delays.

Exceptional Delays

As a result of global situations (such as health or transportation restrictions), some orders may experience additional delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can monitor the delivery status in real time.

Tracking may take between 24 and 72 hours to show updates from the time of shipment.
