Free shipping
All orders ship completely free, with no minimum purchase.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 3 to 9 business days.
- America: 5 to 12 business days.
These are typical estimates and may be extended in specific cases or one-off circumstances (peak demand periods, holidays, customs checks or carrier incidents). If your shipment is affected, you can follow its progress at any time with your tracking number.
Order tracking
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note the link may take 24 to 72 hours to show information while the carrier activates it. You can check your shipment status at any time on our Track Order page.
Address changes
If you need to change your delivery address, write to us as soon as possible at infopaulinajimenez@gmail.com with your order number. Changes are only possible before the order has shipped.
Delivery issues
If your order clearly exceeds the estimated time or the tracking stops updating, contact us at infopaulinajimenez@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer you a free reshipment or a full refund — your choice.
